TEAM CANYONS Join Team Canyons to improve your climbing skills. Whether you are a young competitor ready to tackle a new season, or a more experienced climber who wants to improve your technique and strength; Team Canyons will meet your expectations. The training will cover all aspects of climbing including: bouldering, lead climbing, technique, competition, on-sight, speed, high performance. REASONS TO JOIN THE TEAM: Outstanding gym, 120 routes from 5.6 to 5.13d and boulder problems changed regularly- 3 hours of intense training every other Sunday in addition to the Tuesdays and Thursdays meet 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Age: Any age level Price: $120/month (*) Training: 22 hours/month Days: Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm. Every other Sunday from 2:00 pm-5:00 pm. Advantages: Specific routes set for the Team: 15 x 5.11, 15 x 5.12, 5 x 5.13 and 30 boulder problems. 22 hours/month is the most intense training in Texas! Coaches Kimberley Puccio: Kim started climbing indoors in 2004 and quickly adapted her new skills to sport lead climbing outdoors. In the beginning, Kim viewed climbing as an opportunity to spend quality time with her three children. Today, climbing has become a passion that has taken over their lives. Two of Kim's children compete on Canyon's climbing team. Kim's coaching brings with her some very special qualities both as a parent and a passionate climber with an intense understanding of the sport on a international level. • Rock Stars • Kids Klimb • Ladies Learn to Climb (Just for Women) Assistant Coaches - Chuck Quon & Kinsey Davis () Team Canyons is open to youth (at least 6 years). Participation in competitions is at will, the Team members who decide to compete will have a specific preparation. (**) Member competition fees and travel expenses are not included. In addition to the monthly fee, there will be an annual membership fee of $450.00 for Team Members that will allow members complete access to the gym during normal operating hours. Team members will not practice during Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and other days specified at least one week in advance.
